Team members must be observant, engage positively with each guest, actively and kindly enforce rules, and follow all company policies. Ski Equipment Rentals Manager // Ages 18 + // $23hr
Wild Mountain Ski Area is looking for a motivated and guest serviced focused Ski & Snowboard Rental Manager to lead our rental operation during the winter season. This is a seasonal management position running October 15 through April 1.
The Rental Manager will oversee daily rental operations, including equipment preparation, inventory, guest service, staff scheduling, training, and maintaining an efficient rental experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and enjoys leading a seasonal team. Previous ski or snowboard rental experience and/or supervisory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Weekend and Evening availability are a must.
Snow Tubing Manager // Ages 18 + // $23hr
Wild Mountain is looking for a motivated and guest service-focused Snow Tubing Manager to lead our tubing operation during the winter season. This is a seasonal management position running December 1 through approximately March 15.
The Snow Tubing Manager will oversee daily tubing operations, including staff scheduling, training, guest service, hill operations, safety procedures, equipment, food service management, and maintaining a fun and efficient experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and enjoys leading a seasonal team. Previous ski area, recreation, or supervisory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Lift Operators & Tubing Attendants Age 16+ // $16-$17/hr
Do you have a passion for the outdoors and want to ski and snowboard for free? Now hiring operators and attendants to assist guests with loading/unloading lifts and rope tows safely. This position requires a positive attitude, the ability to provide exceptional service, and engaging interaction with guests and staff daily.
Snowmakers and Maintenance Age 18+ // $19-$20/hr
We’re looking for hardworking and motivated Snowmakers to help create the best winter experience at Wild Mountain! As part of the snowmaking team, you’ll work outdoors in all conditions to set up, operate, and monitor snowmaking equipment to keep our slopes covered and ready for guests. No experience? No problem but a valid driver’s license is a must — we’ll train anyone with a strong work ethic and a love for being outside. If you enjoy staying active, working with a tight-knit crew, and being part of what makes the ski season happen, this is the job for you!
Terrain Park Attendant Age 18+ $12-13.50/hr
We’re looking for creative and motivated Terrain Park Attendants to help build and maintain the Wild Mountain parks all season long! In this role, you’ll shape features, set up rails, and make sure the park stays safe, fun, and ready to ride. You’ll spend your days outside, working with a team that takes pride in creating the best terrain possible. You must be 18 or older to join the crew — if you’re stoked on skiing or snowboarding and want to be part of the action, this is the job for you!
Ticket Cashier - Age 16+, // $11.46 - $13.50/hr
Be the heart of winter operations by welcoming guests, providing resort information and ensuring a successful start to a day of fun! As part of the ticketing team, you will assist guests with ticket purchases, equipment rentals, and retail sales. You must also proactively provide information about resort attractions, amenities, and policies. This opportunity requires attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and customer service skills.
Equipment Rental Tech - Age 16+, // $11.46 - $13.50/hr
Do you have a passion for customer service and enthusiasm for winter sports? As a Rental Tech, you have a unique opportunity to engage with each guest as you fit boots, adjust skis or snowboard gear, and give instructions and tips. Techs must be outgoing, friendly and informative. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are also required to ensure each guest’s equipment is fitted and adjusted properly.
Freestyle and Ski Race Coaches Age 16+ // $12-$15/hr
Wild Mountain Snow Sports School is seeking coaches that want to share their passion and the development of youth athletes in the terrain park and racing gates. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be an active skier or snowboarder, and lead a group of youth to success. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
Ski and Snowboard Instructors Ages 14+ // $11.46-$15/hr
Do you know how to ski or snowboard and want to share that passion with others? Becoming an instructor is a great way to get outside and enjoy winter. Wild Mountain is seeking ski and snowboarders instructors. No experience necessary we will give you all the tips and tools to be successful. Small commitment with huge rewards. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
F&B Cashiers Age 14+, // $11.46-$13.50/hr
Can you engage in conversation, have enthusiasm for winter, and have a positive attitude? Apply now to work with the Food & Beverage Team. As a cashier, you will provide outstanding guest service and process food sales accurately and efficiently in a fun and fast-paced environment. F&B Line Cook Age 16+ // $15-$17.00/hr
We’re looking for motivated and hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team! In this role, you’ll prepare and cook menu items, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and work with the team to make sure every plate looks great and tastes even better. No experience? No problem we’ll train the right people who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Dishwasher/ Busser Age 14+, // $11.46-$13.50/hr
We are looking for motivated, energetic team players to join us as Dishwashers & Bussers! In this fast-paced role, you’ll keep dishes moving, wipe down tables, and make sure garbage bins are cleared so the dining area stays clean and welcoming. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you and set you up for success.
Housekeeper and Janitor Age 18+ $17.00-$18.00
Wild Mountain is looking for a reliable housekeeper/ janitor to join our awesome team! If you take pride in keeping things clean and love being part of a fun, outdoor environment, this could be the perfect fit. Mornings and weekends are key, with some evening shifts available.
Tubing Cashier Indoor Position Age 16+ // $11.46-$13.50/hr
Tubing Cashiers are the first point of contact for guests arriving at our tubing facility—setting the tone for their entire visit. This role includes selling tickets, assisting with check-ins, and preparing food and beverages. It's a fast-paced position that requires multitasking, accuracy, and a warm, helpful attitude.
